The hotel staffs are very polite and offer a welcoming atmosphere. There is a small bar area on the ground floor of the hotel, where guests can meet up in the evenings.

Rooms
The rooms vary in size, but are mainly large and in good condition as are the bathrooms. The rooms are nicely decorated in pastel colours and individually styled. The rooms at the rear of the hotel on higher floors have amazing views over the whole of Vienna.
Dining
There is a large restaurant located on the first floor, decorated with tapestries and rugs on the floors.
